What was memorable? The frustration. What did I dislike? Everything, especially being taken advantage of and the RUDE staff, Dr. included. I'd tell a friend to RUN from here and have. I will NEVER even consider Dr. Azizi again.

Very good old school doctor. Young Persian girl in front office has too much attitude. His Latina assistant is a great.

I had to change Doctors because my current doctor no longer takes Blue Shield. I tried to schedule a physical with Dr. Azizi and the assistant said they don't have a fax machine for my doctor to send over my file prior to my physical so the Doctor can be up to speed with my history. The assistant said i should just see the doctor and then they would get the files later. Totally unacceptable and poor professional practice. I had to change Doctors because my current doctor no longer takes Blue Shield. The office staff lost some of my medical history and were completely uncooperative once I left the state and needed records transferred to my new doctor. On top of this I paid $300 for tests that I never received results for. Staff was rude and couldn't care less.
