Dr. Iratxe Eskurza Garcia, MD

Very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Anybody who says anything different is flat out wrong.

I recently came under the care of Dr. Eskurza as I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and was asked to see an endocrinologists to eliminate secondary causes. Upon my first visit with Dr. Eskurza, she was gracious, attentive, and caring. She spent over 50 with me to discuss my health issue. She then ordered a series of blood and 24 hour urine tests. She kept in close communication with me and upon receiving all of the tests she called me to discuss the results and options I had for addressing my health. I don't think I have ever had a doctor that gave me such attention and care. I am sure you could ask more of a doctor and would recommend her highly. I was referred to Dr. Eskurza by my family doctor Dr. Mark Hinman in Lmt CO. Another fabulous doctor.

I came to Dr. Eskurza after my primary care doctor failed to treat me appropriately. Dr. Eskurza talked to my husband and I about the treat plan, goals, and provided us with handouts that pertained to my situation. When we walked out of her office we both said she top of her profession , excellent bedside , professional and why didn’t we fnd her sooner !

Dr. Iratxe was by far the most condescending doctor I have seen so far, and not up to date on the current research at all. She dismissed all of my important lab results, basically called me crazy, and told me I need to diet and exercise (which I already do). She dismissed when I brought up points that I had read about in the latest research, and actually laughed at me when I asked for a certain scan. I would not recommend her at all... the appointment was a waste of time and money.
