Dr. Irena Mulla, MD

I saw Dr. Mulla over a month ago, when she said she was sending over my 3 prescriptions to the pharmacy. When I got home the pharmacy called me to tell me ONE prescription was ready and that they hadn't received any others. I called Dr. Mulla's office and she said she had sent all 3 over, but would send them again. Apparently she only sent 2 over this time. I called the office again and she said she had already sent them twice so I called the pharmacy and yet again they said they hadn't received my third prescription. It's now been over a month of back and forth calling and messaging Dr. Mulla's office and they still won't send my prescription over. I'm a type 1 diabetic so it's kind of ridiculous that this is happening. I'm switching doctors next month because I've had enough.

Be advised, Dr. Mulla is a doctor who is comfortable only doing the bare minimum to fulfill the obligations of her job, and does not listen to her patients if what they're saying falls outside that spectrum of bare minimum. If you need an endocrinologist that just does basic maintenance, she might do, but if you need an endocrinologist that listens when you're having unusual problems and explores solutions when the usual isn't effective, she will not be of any use.

I had the worst experience with Dr Irena Mulla. She didn't even sit during the consultation and was in the room for just 5 minutes. Never ready to listen to her patients. I dont know really how a doctor can diagnose the heath issue without even listening to the symptoms.I am 17 weeks pregnant and my thyroid levels were way too low when i went to her but inspite of this she didnt even take my case seriously n throughtout those 5 min she just had one thing to say that its normal during pregnancy. Whereas my Gynaecologist aftr seeing my thyroid results said that i need to seen by a High risk doctor coz its a high risk case now. But she took everything so lightly.
