Dr. Irene Dalusung Baluyut, MD

Both my kids ages 13 and 5 have Dr. Baluyut as their primary care doctor. Both of them have severe allergies and eczema. She is very easy to talk to and caring and my kids love her.

well where shall i start what started out as a routine check up and physical exam for a healthy 6yr old boy resulted in a call to cps . Due to this doctors opinion that mother should have her son immunized and some decayed baby teeth this doctor decided to contact cps Child Protective Services this doctor never gave the parent a referral to a dentist and made sure parent followed through instead she decided to contact cps to remove this child. Now while i do understand there are times when cps protection is needed for some children. I as well know that the California Law clearly states for DENTAL NEGLECT TO BE SHOWN parent must have been informed of the issue with the teeth referred for treatment and the parent refused that treatment this was in no way the situation.This pediatricians opinion deferred from that of the parents therefore she decided to use the power of her titled to rip this family apart contact cps under false information. The child was of weight and height no… bruises or abuse was observed other than not being immunized which was against parents wishes to inject her child with what is contained in the immunizations recommended . Also some decayed teeth which mother assumed and was under the knowledge or believe that baby teeth where going to fall out so this was not of concern.

My Grandaughter was born 3 months pre-mature, and has a few health issues because of this, Her Doctor Dr.Baluyut, has mid diagnosed a mere cold in her eye as pink eye, she was given dangerously strong meds for pink eye, and this caused permanent scars in her eye,. She has a double ear infection now, and was given a liquid antibotic for the infection... my daughter spilled the whole bottle on the bed when the baby fussed over recieving it. The first day she got it! I have been trying in vain for 3 days to contact this dr. to approve another prescription for my grandaughter, there's no answer at his office, and no exchange service as well... WHERE IS HE??? she is sick and i can't find her doctor, the pharmacy said just go to the nearest er for another script??? and this is how we save billions of dollars every year on non emergency er visits??? thanks Wallgreens Pharmacy on Oakdale Rd in Modesto,,, I won't take your advice,. but i will change pharmacy's....a disgruntled grannie w/a sick… baby..[
