Dr. Galperin was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, and totally addressed my situation in a kind and friendly manner.

My mom was schedule to see her in the Yonkers office after a hospital stay and diagnosis of COPD. First appt we showed up and we're told that the doctor was sick and she cancelled appt. We didn't receive a call beforehand and they claimed they had a wrong number so I gave it to them again and made a new appt. The front desk also told me they didn't have a referral which was faxed twice and blamed it on the fact that her other office handles her paperwork as she only "rents" space in Yonkers office. I was then given another number to have primary fax it over a third time. A day before her second appt almost two weeks later I received a call that the doctor was sick and they cancelled appt again. Now we are going into the second month since my mother has gotten out of the hospital and she still hasn't seen a specialist. We showed up to office for a third appt after they called the day before and that same morning to confirm her appt and THE DOCTOR WAS A NO SHOW! They said to get there… by 9:30 to fill out paperwork for 10:00 appt. 10:00 was the first appt of the day so we wouldn't have to wait. 10:15 came around and no doctor yet. The front desk tried to call her and they couldn't reach her. We waited until 10:30 and we left. The front desk apologized for not knowing where she was but again she just "rents" space there. We left and found a very professional doctor which is a little further away but so worth it. My mon deserves first rate service as all patients should.
