First off, this review is not entirely to all the staff but for 1! Irene Nanao Ines. I think she forgot her nightingale pledge! My husband is in dire need of help with his health and you just ignored it! How you showed your practice with him is unacceptable. I hope you change your ways, you are dealing with human lives! HELP THEM! Terrible management, zero empathy, and unsafe patient care. My husband had an incredibly frustrating and unsafe experience with the Las Vegas Pain Institute. They scheduled him for an IV push appointment on a holiday. No nurse was available, and nobody called to reschedule. He waited for an hour before realizing no one was coming. This clinic charges patients a $50 no-show fee, yet they have zero accountability when they stand up a patient. The provider was completely judgmental, aggressive, and showed zero empathy for his pain. They constantly push expensive epidurals and IV pushes instead of looking at his actual health history as an ongoing patient.… When he honestly shared that his current medications were not helping and that he took other pain meds just to cope, the provider threatened to discharge him. Instead of adjusting his treatment plan or reviewing his chart, they chose to downgrade his health issues and threaten him. They do not respect your time, they do not read your medical history, and they treat patients like dollar signs. The provider even asked him what insurance he has! But does it really matter! HMO or PPO the man has insurance! She mentioned oh let me know when you get your PPO. So are you saying that if he had PPO, you would have treated better?!?! Avoid this place.
