Dr. Irene Kelly is the COLDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I left her office hysterically crying, humiliated, traumatized, and filed a report against her for her behavior. I am a young, healthy adult in my twenties who went in for a routine Pap smear and check up. Every time I asked her a question, she became increasingly agitated with me, to the point where she started huffing and rolling her eyes. I became emotional because I was naked, vulnerable, and couldn’t understand why I was being treated this way. Once the exam was through, while I was still crying, I knocked on the door to her office to see if she could explain why she treated me this way and answer some of the questions she neglected to answer. Once she realized it was me, she began to LITERALLY BANG HER HEAD ON HER DESK out of frustration. No one should ever be treated this way, let alone by a DOCTOR. Please spare yourself from such a humiliating, degrading experience!
