Excellent physician, her humanity and uptodate medical knowledge was impressive , it was my third admission to a hospital and she the only one to find my correct diagnosis

I met this doctor Irida Balili at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx and she was extremely nasty to me. I asked her a simple question 'Is the Social Worker in today"? Her reaction was unbelievable rude especially for a doctor at her own workplace. An employee of the hospital overheard and saw her body language he had to apologized to me on the hospital's behalf. No business should have a person like this working for them when there are so many other over qualified well-mannered, level headed doctors to should have a person like this working for them when there are so many other over qualified well-mannered, level headed doctors to choose from. If you are unable to hold dialogue with a family member of the patients in a hospital that you are working why are you there? I told the customer service office that I would be posting a review after I made a complaint because I gave her the opportunity to apologize and she refused obviously she doesn't think she did anything wrong.… Montefiore can do without doctors like Irida Balili she is only giving the hospital a bad name.
