We love Dr. D! She's so compassionate and takes time to listen to our concerns and explains everything well to my son. He loves being involved in his own care despite being only 7 yo and it motivates him to do the right thing to keep him healthy.

Dr Drayluk is compassionate. She brings the treating the whole patient perspective in to her care, she sees the whole person not just another patient. Due to that, she had and Implemented the Idea of connecting with other departments who are also currently treating our child. She started a conversation that brought neurosurgery, neurology, and herself to the table to discuss a complex case. Her Innovative thinking needs to be commonplace and practice for the complex like James so the car teams are well Informed and working together faster. Because of her brilliance, we were able to formulate a plan to get Imaging done 8 months earlier than planned, which then gave us the answer as to why our son is having the issues he currently is having. Her thinking Is why he Is having surgery to help him live a better life. Dr Drayluk always does this with a smile, a genuine care for us, and with treating our son with so much respect, tenderness, and getting on his level. Dr Drayluk is a gift to… not just cedars but to the world. Cedars is lucky to have her!!!

Dr. Dralyuk is one of the best provider's we've worked with at Cedars. She sets the bar high with respect to her bedside manner, kindness, compassion and empathy. She should lead training classes.
