Most unprofessional, careless, neglecting doctor out of all I’ve seen for 20 years in USA! She cannot organize the work of the office properly, she does nothing but just ask a few questions and then put all the information twisted in the chart. She only cares of getting insurance payments for the tests, even if they were not done correctly and have no useful information.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It is a tiny dirty office with several physician’s assistants and rude, incompetent office staff. In My initial appointment / consultation I was seen by a PA who referred me for physical therapy and an MRI. My follow up appointment was supposed to be with “Dr. Kogan” to discuss my results and next steps. After waiting for over 2 hours, I was told that the doctor wasn’t in the office. The receptionist simply, and nonchalantly said, “I don’t know where the doctor is.” The nurse, or whatever the title of the young RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL man who took my vitals, rudely told me that I’d see the doctor shortly, yet there was NO doctor in the office. While later consulting with a physicians assistant about my results, another young man excused himself into the consultation room to take a pack of cigarettes from the drawer of the desk. Disgusting!! It seems like Irina Kogan is nonexistent or possibly just a “doctor” who overlooks the assembly line,… unprofessional office system. Please save your time and money. They are clearly just after your insurance/ money, and certainly not concerned about your wellbeing. Find another doctor unless you want to be treated like garbage!!

I will write this rewiev about Irina Kogans office in 221 Parkville Avenue. When my doctor send me to this office I was sure that the neurologist is I. Kogan, but there was different doctor and that just its called by her name. Not only me but other patients were angry and asking to see exactly I. Kogan. Since I was frrling bad agreed with this trick,doctor seemed ok. After 2,5 months being their patient I know that: 1. Stuff is ver and very rude! 2. They just want you to come often and got as much as thry can from you! 3. I suffer from migrane, and the meficine which was chosen as the treatment, for what pays my insurance I got once as a trial. After that 2 months I couldn’t get it. It has yo be taken 1 in month on the same day. So I contacted the pharmacy and asked that they are waiting smith from doctor’s office. Then I contacted iffice to ask about that, plus about mry, ohysical theraphy. The very rude itreslectful reaeptionist said that will get back to me in a few days, so… ofcourse disn’t. I called them again after 2 weeks to ask whats going on, she said uuups your medicine is here, I said why you didn’t tell me? Then she understood that its their fault and said “let me make sure here or no”!. I said ok, but why you didn’t get me back in these 3 weeks, her answer was “honestly I forgot about this”, you can not imagine how I felt. Before that like a week ago she called me to remind that I have appointment ( they make an appointment every 4 weeks,and make you come), but that time I was angry with the delay I said no, I don’t need to see the doctor,since nothing changed. 4. They don’t care about your health, and that you are waiting! Conclusion: they are not interested in your condition and that how important is the medicine which you are waiting! I will change the doctor.

I give 2 stars instead of 1 because they were able to schedule us for next day. Otherwise I would've given 1 star. We spent almost 2 hours at the office. The assistant had my daughter do an EEG that was totally unnecessary (watching other patients that came after us, it's clear they administer the EEG to all patients). We saw the actual doctor for about 1 minute. It was overall a very frustrating and pointless appointment and I will have to find a different doctor to take my daughter to.

I was refferd to Dr. Kogan by primary care dr. Overall it was a great experience from the moment I booked the appt until I was given my follow up appt. My first reaction immediately once I arrived Was confused because the reviews contained false information. Everything looked wonderful I was greeted with warm bright smiles and was guided step by step what to do next. I was even offered assistancey If needed for paperwork .Wait wasn't too long it was fair. Some tall gentlemen called my name I followed him straight inside of a room Dr Kogan was at her desk with my chart open awaiting my arrival. Yet again previous reviews were incorrect She was. Very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. As I was telling her my symptoms she was advising her assistant what referrals to give me . I was sent for in office testing fair wait time also fair and a huge plus everything is in the same office . I was then escorted to the front desk To make my follow up ppointment I was explained everything… again. Great location, Great doctor , knowledgeable staff great experience highly recommend this Doctor. While writing this review it dawned upon on me that people just write mean things out of spite perhaps Difference of opinion but that should not effect her abiliies as Medical professional See you guys in Two weeks

Never see Dr. Kogan ,I had very bad expirians

One of the worst experiences at a doctor's office. Front desk staff friendly and helpful, keeps referring to the Dr. After waiting over 2 hours to see Dr. Kogan my consultation was with a PA named Rena and it lasted 6 min.receiving a referral for an MRI and Physical Therapy. No diagnostics. Just 9 months before I was at the other office of Dr. Kogan for a different issue and after 3-4 visits I ended up seeing only a PA, never Dr. Kogan.
