I highly recommend Dr.Koreen as an ophthalmologist for she takes the time to listen and explain any specific procedure or medical condition. Also, the staff are professional and knowledgeable.

It took nearly 2 months to get an appointment with Dr Koreen. When her office called to confirm a few days before my scheduled visit, they told me I would be seeing a different doctor, an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist. I told them I had already been to an optometrist, an wanted to see Dr. Koreen. After arguing with them and refusing to see who they wanted me to see, they finally gave me another appointment, this time with Koreen. Of course, I would have to wait, another 3 weeks. Today I called to confirm the location of the office, only to be told I didn’t gave an appointment, and I was a no show for my last appointment.I was a no show???? Once again they tried to push me off on another doctor, but I refused. She offered me another appointment with Koreen, in a couple months. Honestly, the receptionist showed little empathy for my situation. I am totally dissatisfied with this office. Dr Koreen may have been top of her class in school and my be top in her field now, but her… support staff, the call center specifically, rates an F in my book

Dr koreen,performed surgery on both lower lidsexcellent sucess. Will now remove cataracts asap. Very happy with dr koreen.

Dr. Koreen is an excellent plastic surgeon. My left lower eye looks just like it used to. I highly recommend her.
