Dr. Irina Lekht

Best endodontist! I had a root canal done back in 2009. Still happy with that procedure and had no problems whatsoever. I wish I had gone back to her office for another tooth that needed a root canal. We relocated from central Jersey to bergen county. My new dentist in north jersey was not as experienced as Dr Lekht. The post and crown lasted about 3 years. I ended up losing the tooth and had to get an implant. Beware of dentists who do it all! Dr Lekht knows what she's doing and really does her best to save your tooth. I highly recommend Dr Lekht!!

Totally unprofessional & heartless. She used a risky approach that saved her a visit, but failed and left me in excruciating agony while she went on vacation without arranging a backup. She didn't even arrange for me to get an opioid I had requested to relieve the pain. (I hardly ever take opioids). I had to pay another complete fee to an oral surgeon who had to cut into my gum to relieve the pressure from the buildup of puss. She refused to make restitution. If there were a zero star rating, I'd give that. When I sent a letter requesting compensation of the oral surgeon service she should have performed she cancelled the final follow up visit at the last second without rescheduling. BTW, if she had informed me upfront that she planned the single visit approach and would be on vacation without backup I would have gotten out of her chair and gone to someone else.
