Dr. Irina Natalenko, MD

I had a horrible experience with Natalenko. She was asking invasive questions about my therapy which is service outside of of her specialty. She was culturally insensitive and tried to argue with me about the origin of my name when I corrected her on the spelling. She was being aggressive about her opinion on vaccinations when asking when my 8 month old is going to be vaccinated even though she is not my son's physician and I went for a check up for myself. Her staff were rude and hung up the phone in my face when I complained about the fact that they mistakingly told me to come in to pick up my massage therapy referral and they failed to give me the correct timing. When I arrived at 2 pm a staff member was walking out and closing up and refused to give me my referral. She had no consideration for the fact that the secretary failed to tell me their Hours of operation and couldn't care less that it was 40 degrees and I was with my son in his stroller. The doctor refused to give me my… referral for massage therapy after she erroneously wrote one for physical therapy instead.

I do not recommend Dr Natalenko. She is so arrogant and doesn't take the time to explain anything.
