If you are looking for a warm and compassionate doctor, keep on looking. This woman is very cold, will judge you and she actually lies. She misdiagnosed my condition (my previous doctor actually called her to correct her mistake), said she’d change what she wrote on my permanent record and failed to do so. I tried to contact her directly 4 times with no response. I filed a complaint with the Scripps legal department (as I was directed to do by her office manager) and it’s been over a month and still nothing. At this point, I’ve filed a complaint with the medical board of California and will be contacting my attorney to deal with this nonsense. Stay away from this woman. She is a disgrace to the medical community.

She is always very thorough and helpful. I had many issues last year with my kidneys which led to specialists and Dr. Proshkena was involved in the process throughout.

I have only had 2 primary Dr.s my pediatrician and Dr. Proshkina. I love her! She is the best and I will continue to go to her as long as I can! She is so helpful and warm. I always have all my questions and concerns answered/addressed! She cares so much and when I need to be referred to a specialist she is sure to send me to someone she trusts not just anyone! She always follows up and makes sure that i know what's going on every step of the way! I recommend her to EVERYONE!

I think that dr. Proshkina likes her job and strives to help people. She practices what she teaches as well, so her advices make sense. I chose her as my primary and like it so far. Would definitely recommend her to other people.

Spends time with me.Knows me as a person.Very caring and concerned.Only problem I ever had was with some of her staff following up and with prescription refill orders. Overall, I would highly recommend.

She is really great and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I don't go in often, but she always remembers me and my history. She treats me with respect and really listens to my concerns. I have never had a problem getting an appointment with her.
