Horrible experience with the office staff. I was supposed to be put on a waitlist a year ago and was told that I will be called back when the spot becomes available. I was referred to this Dr by another healthcare professional and I truly needed her help. When I called today to check on the status they informed me that they called everyone from the waitlist of last year and I wasn’t there. Ridiculous! I’ve made no comment or drama on the phone but simply to be put on a waitlist again and was denied with no explanation. I tried to get help through the main office of Englewood Health and patient relations dep personnel was very understanding, she spoke to a doctor herself but she answered that she doesn’t take new patients. I understand it is the case now. BUT excuse me, it was your office personnel’ mistake that I wasn’t put and/or called of the waitlist and you still refused to fix it. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
