Dr. Urusova is very thorough. I feel like she honestly cares about my health and well being.

Receptionist was not at front office. She was in another room sleeping. I know she was sleeping because her eyes looked like she just woke up. She came in 15 minutes later when I was waiting for my appointment. The only reason she came in was because the phone kept ringing. It rang 3 different times before she finally came to the front office. There is a bell to ring for service in the front office. I rang it a few times, a few minutes apart but the receptionist didn't come until the phone rang from 3 different calls. I told the doctor about it and she defended the receptionist stating that the receptionist might have personal issues she is dealing with. That made me feel empathetic to the receptionist but I still wondered why she was on the clock when she wasn't doing her job. The doctor was alright. She was knowledgeable and professional. She even weighed and measured me, but I don't want to return because its hard to contact the office. When I would call the office I would not get… an answer 3 of 4 times. When someone finally answered I was able to make an appointment for 2 months ahead.

One of the best, caring and encouraging. She makes you feel at ease right away. I highly recommend her.

DR. URUSOVA HAS BEEN MY DR. SINCE 2004 AND I FULLY TRUST HER WITH ALL MY MEDICAL ISSUES. I CAME TO HER THROUGH A VERY GOOD FRIEND AND DOCTOR WHO HAS SINCE PAST AWAY WHO TOLD ME TO TRUST AND LISTEN TO HER ALWAYS WHICH I DO. DOCTOR URUSOVA IS MY GUARDIAN ANGEL.

Been seeing Dr. Urusova for a couple of years now. Cant say enough good things about her. Gave me great advice on other medical areas as well. Has been managing my thyroid levels perfectly. Pleasure to talk to. She is getting booked fast, so sometimes a little wait for an am appmnt. Overall, very satisfied.

I was referred to Dr. Urusova by a friend who is a doctor, and she is really great. I had been to see about 3 other endocrinologists before seeing her and she provided me with much more information that the others didn't. I left feeling much more knowledgeable than I did when I came in, and I knew I had found the right doctor!

after visiting numerous endocrinologists in Los Angeles, i have found THE one. from her bedside manner to her level of knowledge, she is PERFECT. given me a lot of good advice about other medical issues besides my thyroid. absolutely love her.
