Dr. Irine L Vaiman, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Viam for 4 years since moving into the area and I consider myself very fortunate to have found her. She was recommended to me by another doctor - a specialist - and now I recommend her to friends and family. She is a caring individual with compassion and intelligence. I am completely secure in her recommendations. She is a great doctor!

Our family has several complicated medical problems and Dr. Vaiman has been able to find life changing solutions. It sounds extreme, but it's true. We can always get in right away when it's urgent and I've never felt rushed during an appointment. It always feels like she really cares about our family. We feel lucky to have found her!

I like Advanced Family Medicine very much , the main reason is that I much needed help with my medical conditions. I can only testify for the doctors that worked with me directly which is Dr Vaiman and Dr Shurnene. Dr Vaiman is especially good if your problem is across multiple medical areas and one specialist can't deal with it because it is beyond his/her expertise in one area. For example is somebody is pregnant, there are pregnancy related complications and some unknown problems in a totally different area. Thanks to dr Vaiman's advise with testing and diagnostic approach my problems was identified and diagnosed and it turned out to be something very different what doctors from specific areas (obgyn and etc) thought about my diagnosis. Dr Vaiman reminds me of a movie character dr Chaos in terms of her academic and scientific approach for diagnosis and treatment. This meant to be a big compliment ( I am saying it just in case of comparison with DR Chaos is not a good thing in a… medical world). Anyway I got helped with multiple problems and it is more than anyone could expect with my diagnosis. I am feeling much better now and happier. Dr Shurnene (dietitian) helped me to prevent developing diabetes type II. It was coughs just in time and she developed a manageable plan that allows both control my condition and still get pleasure from tasty food. It was especially challenging offer something for a breastfeeding person because it is important to provide all needed elements for milk AND control sugar at the same time. Dr Shurnene did a great job in my complicated situations.

Dr Vaiman is a great and trustworthy doctor. I go to her for my annual exams and paps or when I get sick. She answers my questions patiently, also nice and polite, ready to hear my concerns and talk about them.

Wonderful doctor who really cares. This doctor takes the time to listen and talk to you about any medical issues. She's very warm and professional. Always available and works at a great clinic with other wonderful doctors. Absolutely recommend her and her practice.

Love, love, love Dr. Vaiman. She is a caring, no-nonsense, thorough doctor. I have been her patient for about 5 years now and I see her regularly for ongoing chronic pain issues (arthritic neck)as well as general health care and she has been GREAT. Love the rest of the staff as well. A wonderful practice and I would highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Vaiman for 13 years and have the utmost respect for her dedication to her profession. She is compassionate and makes me feel confident about her diagnoses.After she found a lump in my breast I went to a breast clinic for a second opinion. They could not find the lump. The radiologist I went to commented that Dr. Vaiman has magic fingers. Same thing with another issue I had.Dr.Vaiman also condones a naturuopathic approach too, that I like.
