She was the 25th doctor I consulted about constant dizziness that had been plaguing me for 6 years. She figured out what was wrong and her treatments have given me back the ability to walk.

She was really sweet and very caring towards my issues. Since she is a new mom it is a bit tough to get into appointments as she only works a few days a week.

90% of the time I try and reach a live person when I call, all I get is either the answering service or a voice mailbox!I like Dr. Navarro but I'm seriously considering changing doctors because of the difficulty in reaching someone when I need them.

I came in with a specific problem that had been bugging me for a long time. (Headache related.) She ordered one test for me. I called back to get the results, and she just said I was "fine" and blew me off. Never gave me follow-up options, never gave me another course of action... ideas, etc. In other words, I was still miserable, but she was done with me. She had a good attitude in person and she seems smart enough to be a great doctor. But, she's got a long way to go as far as truly taking ownership of her patience. Maybe it's just a sign of the times.
