Dr. Iris Angela Seitz, MD

I arrived 20 mins early for my 11am appt. Filled out my paperwork that could have been sent to me directly thru email, but regardless, I filled it out. I was called at 5 mins after 11am. Ok, no problems so far. I was taken back by a patient tech who was not very friendly initially. No smile, no warm bedside manner, nothing. She told me to take shoes off and my coat off to get weighed. I politely told her that I had just gotten weighed the day before at Dr Shamsi office and couldn't she just take it because it's a hassle to remove everything, etc. She said, "No I cannot do that". I'll just put in your chart that you refused to be weighed. Then she just got a worse attitude from there. Told me coldly to strip and put a gown on. That was at 11:09am. I waited, and waited some more. At 11:30am I got redressed and walked out. If this Dr doesn't value my time, I will find another Dr. It was NOT a good first experience.

I’m so thankful to Dr. Seitz and her wonderful team at the Naperville office, they really go above and beyond with care and compassion.

Dr. Seitz has done two major surgeries on me in the last few months. She took the time to explain everything to me and my family. I am so glad that she was honest about what the outcome may be but assured me she would do her best. She is very knowledgeable and professional. After my surgery I was so happy with the work she did. I am so lucky to have had her as my surgeon not only once but twice. I recommend her for any type of skin cancer removal and she works great with Dr. Sulti.

I went to Dr. Seitz for a consultation. I had a bit of a wait due to an emergency and she apologized. I found her to be very honest, very forthcoming and willing to share her professional opinion in order to answer my questions. So many doctors seem to resent having to answer any more than basic questions from clients. She understood my concerns and really tried to give me the clarification I needed. I really appreciated this. Her name will be at the top of my list for any procedures I have done.

Dr. was honest with me right from day one. Acts very professionally and is very knowledgable about what and how she is going to try to do it. Bedside manner was rushed at first, but became more cordial as time went along. Still working for me trying to get desired results from wound radiation damage to my body from cancer treatments
