Dr. Irma Milagros Echandy

This was our second visit to Dr. Elchandy. I generally do not write reviews about people, but I felt her manners were so off and she was extremely demeaning. My son is 3 and was eager to be at the dentist’s. We had prepped him, so he was asking a lot of questions and wanting to meet her. She called my son over and commented negatively on how much he talks. Her exact words were “He talks so much like blah blah blah blah blah. He doesn’t stop.” She by the way is not gentle at all with children or their parents. I asked her a question about a procedure she recommended and she rudely raised her voice at me and repeated herself. Her tone was disrespectful. She should not be working with children at all.

This dentist doesnt have respect for parents . She does not take parents consent in doing treatments for the children she is seeing. aside from her terrible attitude and her looking at her phone when you talking to her i would never ever recommend her to anyone that wants a good experience for their children.

Germantown pediatric is an exceptional practice . From the front desk to the hygienist , they are phenomenal. Dr enchandy got very bad bedside manners. She did a pediatric surgery to my 6 years old and did treatment that i did not approve . Prior to surgery, we had a specific treatment plan and after the surgery is done she did treatment that i didnot approve that left my son is excruciating pain . I She placed a silver crown in his frontal tooth and it was not needed. She did not have the audacity to consult me in taking deciosns when it comes to my sons . Now i am stuck with her treatment because my insurance will not approve another treatment . I believe she did that to gain more money from my insurance. I tried to talk to her she was very rude and not professional. Please avoid at all cost .

Dr. Echandy Not gentle to my son, Not fanny, Not professional. We are not feel comfortable to going this office again. I would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Echandy, DDS and Germantown Pediatric Dental.
