Its very upsetting I used to love this office but I have watched it go downhill they have incompetent people working there now. Every time I ask to speak to an office manager she's never there! Who runs this place.I will be going elsewhere.

Dr Rao used to be a good caring doctor. Now they have become so big the patients suffer. I was a patient with her for a long time then her "rules" suddenly changed. refused meds , did not write down I was seen in novemebr when other staffers saw me there.. then wanted to know why I was angry.. then she started sending referrals to my health carrier trying to cover her butt..I was very saddened that she felt the need to hide stuff.. And I feel sorry for the some of the staff there as most of them are not good..they talk about the doctors and other staffers.. Brenda is the only good one there...

Dr. Rao is so sweet and kind.She takes her time and listens to all your questions.And the staff is great as well.There really is no wait time when you have a appointment.You go in right away.I would highly recommend her.
