Dr. Irving Johnson Hwang, MD

If I could leave a "0" for the staff I would, they are rude and unprofessional, no one smiles. I had my physical done a couple of weeks ago, the Dr. gave me a printout with my results. I gave that to my work, but they needed something with a signature. I took the form back to the medical office to have it signed, I was charged $25 just for the doctor to sign the form. I asked the receptionist to have the doctor call me but he never did, I called back again the next day left another message and someone by the name of Kelly calls me back, I told her the situation, and also told her that I was going to take my business elsewhere, she didn't seem to care, she told me that she would give Dr. Hwang the message, he will call you if he wants. I guess they don't care about their patients, because I didn't get a call back from him. Six members of my family go to this office, I will no longer give them my business, I will also tell all of my friends who I referred to this office about my… situation. I will not give my business to people who don't care about patients.

This doctor is one of the worst I have ever seen. First gives me a medication that is hardly ever given, then says not take it once I tell him and says I am fine, when I was still ill. Avoid at all costs.

Dr.Hwang is the best,most caring doctor I have ever encountered. I drive miles out of my way to see him. Office staff is excellent, waiting time is short, and follow up is first rate.
