Dr. Irwin Lionel Bliss, MD

I have met with Dr. Bliss several times regarding my "WC" claims. Because of Dr. Bliss, not accepting my fall of 14 ft, from faulty equipment, hitting my head neck and spine on hundreds of lbs. of merchandise carts, passed out on the cement floor. Dr. bliss reports stating that my injuries were Not "work related". Due to his reports I have been left with a small Temp disability pymt. Struggling to receive necessary medical treatments and settlements. I have had an Anterior Cervical Corpectomy as well as a Spinal Fusion . I see (3) separate physicians and surgeons', monthly. I now require an additional surgery to keep me from total paralysis. Again, being denied by WC. Dr. Bliss, in the opinion of my surgeon, neurologist, Pain Mgnt believe that both personally and professionally have served me a great injustice. I have I hope to be a final session with him. His opinion and reports are responsible for my suffering and further bodily damage. I pray that he reconsider and… revisit his decisions on my behalf.
