If I could give zero stars i would. Dr Irwin Goldstein is an Awful doctor. I had a disagreement with the rude girls at the front desk so Dr Irwin Goldstein comes out and right away starts yelling and arguing with me and I tried to explain myself but without hearing any I had to say he took his employee side over my side of story and told me to shut my mouth & to leave and to get out of his office. I was upset, more than half way though my pregnancy and felt humiliated. At time my appt my husband was at work. So in turn I left but before doing so I asked a different girl at the front desk for a copy of my medical records.l, she said they would mail it to me. I found a different doctor but when I went into labor 3 wks early my new doctor was away on vacation so at the hospital I was given the on call doctor to deliver my baby. The on call doctor informed me Dr Goldstein is in hallway and apologizes for what happened in his office and would still like to deliver your baby, so I said… absolutely not, I don’t want him no where near me or my baby. Dr Goldstein is an awful doctor was highly unprofessional & rude to me and only cares about insurance money for delivering your baby, he doesn’t care about you as a patient and does not care about your baby. I do not recommend him as a doctor.

Most of the girl that work there are very rude, they give u a nasty attitude To answers your questions

Absolutely terrible Doctor. Seemed overwhelmed by a problem pregnancy. No bedside manner. Will never ever go back.

Do not go to this office! Called for over two weeks and kept getting put on hold and told i would be called back. I had been very patient and just needed my medication to be refilled. I told her that i have called numerous times and really needed a refill. Receptionist YELLED at me telling me to watch the way i speak and that " she wasn't Taking this SH** from me." After i finally get in touch with a doctor, i WAS REPRIMANDED saying that she apparently had this conversation recorded and that " we all need to get along". I was also told that the receptionist had the right to get diffusive with me. I Was never informed that i was being recorded & this is illegal. I am not a child and do not intend to be treated like one. Do not go here. Receptionist are extremely rude and have no manners. Doctors think they are better than you.

Everyone is very nice at the office except one receptionist, SUPER rude and unprofessional. She gives the office a bad name, if you have ever visited this office you will know exactly who I'm talking about. She should never work around humans.

I have never been to a worse doctor's office in my life. It is often busy, I've had to wait as much as 45 minutes to an hour for my appt, and since he is far behind in appts, I feel like he rushes through mine, making me feel uncomfortable and like he doesn't have time to answer my questions. But the worst by far has been the billing problems. He tells me that I am apparently too "tight" to have an internal exam done (even though I am sexually active) and I have to get an expensive sonogram done instead. Some of the nurses are rude. Twice, they contaminated my urinalysis and I had to go in again to give them another sample.But the worst by far has been the billing problems. The second time I had this done, I was charged for a separate $400 X-ray that was not covered by my insurance. No one told me this test was being performed on me while getting my normal sonogram. It took SIX MONTHS of chasing them around to get the test removed from my bill. About one week after I finally sort that… out, my sister and I received our bills for our most recent annual Pap smear--we had both been charged hundreds of dollars for a gonorrhea and chlamydia tests. We absolutely NEVER asked for these tests to be performed--my sister wasn't even sexually active, hadn't been for over a year. When we called them up, they said "It's a standard policy of this office." Oh really? Because last time we got PAPs, it cost 40 bucks and did not include either of these random STD tests. "Oh, well, it's new." Oh, it's new, okay. Were we informed as patients that this is a new policy of the office? Email, letter, phone call, anything? "Uh...no." Can you tell me why we weren't informed? "Uh...I don't know. Fax us the bill and we'll see if we can get it covered."As soon as this new billing problem is resolved, I am never going back to this office again. I have never seen such incompetence in my life.

I went to Dr. Goldstein because of itching feeling all the time. When he tested me, he said I had HPV. I called the next day to find out what type of HPV I had, and he said that I don't have HPV at all, he made a mistake!!! Now what would have happened if I did not call him the following day??? Would he ever tell me that??? I would NEVER go back to this doctor!

Dr. Goldstein really takes the time to show you he cares. The best OBGYN ever!!!
