Dr. Isaac Bassan, MD

Have never encountered a more incompetent staff and non caring practice. If you want to deal with a caring doctor this is not the practice to turn to. Dr Bassan never made himself available to me and never returned my phone calls. Obviously never read my test results and was sent to the wrong follow-up specialists. by his assistant. Every time I called for information the staff said they would have to consult with Dr,Bassan who never made himself available.

Dr. Bassan has been my gastroenterologist for over 14 years and I highly recommend him. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the treatment of health issues to do with the digestive system and associated organs, but the manner in which he presents the information is very patient friendly and easy to understand. In fact, he is the most kind and caring doctor I have ever had, who always gives ample time to address any and all of my concerns. Dr. Bassan is also a research doctor, who has been involved in numerous trials over the years, which puts him at the cutting edge of scientific breakthroughs that adds to his high level of patient care.

Dr. Bassan is an extraordinary physician. He is such a truly caring man (for people and animals) and puts his patients at ease immediately. That is important for a gastroenterologist :-) He manages to be professional while seeing each patient as the unique individual they are. I have every confidence in him as my doctor and am very grateful for the times he has gone above and beyond for me. He interacts well with his staff and they always make me feel welcome when I call or visit the office.

I MADE AN APOINTMENT WITH DR ISSAC BASSANTHE PEOPLE WHO WORKS IN THAT OFFICE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF INSURANCES.AND ALSO DR BLOOM WASNT VERY HELPFULL ,I DONT RECOMEND THIS ,I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VERY LOW CO-OPERATION
