Hello, I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of diverse experience in the nursing field. With a strong foundation as a Registered Nurse (RN), I have worked across various settings, including psychiatric emergency care, medical-surgical units, telemetry, home health, community health, forensic units, and inpatient mental health. Currently, I serve as a nurse practitioner in a forensic unit, where I apply my extensive expertise to address complex psychiatric cases. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University (August 2019-May 2023). Prior to this, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Midwestern State University (January 2010-December 2014). My broad clinical experience and advanced education enable me to provide comprehensive mental health care, with a particular focus on forensic psychiatric settings.
