Overall great doctor! Over the few years I have been looking for answers to my pain that has been plaguing me, he is the first that listened and scheduled the correct test to find the problem at the root of my pain. I am now cured because of this great doctor and I am so grateful!

I believe things happen exactly how and when they are supposed to happen. When my husband received his horrific diagnosis of GBM, we were guided to an outstanding medical team with Dr. Melguizo being our Neuro Oncologist. Although the outcome was the same as it would have been with another doctor, Dr. Melguizo and his staff made the whole experience a little more bearable. From the time we walked in the door, we felt like we were all part of a team fighting the same battle. Each and every staff member from the front desk, medical assistants, nurses and Dr. Melguizo were fighting with us and they treated my husband like he was their only patient. Dr. Melguizo took time to answer any and all questions, address our fears and concerns, never making us feel like he was rushed. Weekly blood work was tolerable because Lupe and Veronica made David feel like family. And, don't forget the Jolly Ranchers at Betty's desk. They were with us to the very end. I would not wish this terrible… diagnosis on anyone, but if anyone I knew received it, I would highly recommend Dr. Melguizo and his team. They are a team of very, very special people and I cannot thank them enough for the love and support they provided my family.
