Dr. Isaac Sasson, MD, PhD

A true humble soul who is genuinely fully invested in your well-being. Each visit to him was a 2 hr drive(each-way) for us but it was so so so much worth it. Before our 3rd attempt, we consulted the best REs in tristate; we also consulted the best ranked Drs back in Mumbai (the one who were popular for IV treatment for many Bollywood celebraties, industrialists) before making up our mind to continue with Dr Sassoon. The only regret we have is, we should have started treatment with him earlier. Competant, Knowlegdable: He always gets to the bottom of the matter and never stops thinking about his patients. Very skillful, adept and precise in his diagnosis Humility : A person of his caliber, immpecable work-ethic yet so humble is too hard to believe. After the embryo implanted by him didnot stick he was humble enough to accept "It should have worked...its a little guess work but for next attempt we should try this". He altered the protocol and that did work. Compassion : He is an… Angel, felt our pain so much. During our journey he has laughed and cried with us, every occassion was a Punctual : We visited him atleast 20 times throughout out journey. Few times we were late but he was always kind enough to accomodate us without being upset. He was always there for us. Its always such a positive feeling to see him. Never did he rush us inspite of being super busy Caring : Current pregrnancy was a spontaenous one, still he did the Ultrasounds till we were graduated to an OBGYN. We so wish he could have delivered babies as well. Words for him : Dr. you will be the role model for us for your dedication, passion and so many good qualities

Absolutely deplorable. The doctor did not look at my medical records. He took one look at my age and started talking about using an egg donor. I told him I had paid to send my medical records over to him. He said he would review them and check on one thing on it. He did not forget to tell me to call about the cost of using the donor program. Five minutes later, I called called by his receptionist telling me that I had a $100 payment due. Now I am getting another bill for $185 because my insurance did not cover it. I kept calling for him to call me back about my records. No reply so far. His nurse said she reached out to him. No reply whatsoever. What a rip off. Truly disgusted.

I arrived at Shady Grove very discouraged after spending over 2 years at another fertility clinic. From our initial consultation with Dr. Sasson, I knew this is where we were supposed to be. He spent two hours with us and made us feel so comfortable. The nurses are amazing as well! We never waited more than 10 minutes for our appointments. Dr. Sasson does every ultrasound and has the most gentle bedside manner. It is a truly special place with the most wonderful people! I cannot recommend Shady Grove enough!!
