Dr. Isaac Sosa, MD

Must agree with "Dr. Sosa has good intentions but, his office UValde Medical & Surgical Associates, and he himself often have great difficulty filling his prescriptions in a timely manner. Calls are not answered or responded to and it is impossible to get Dr. Sosa himself to respond, sometimes even with an in-person appointment. Answering service(s) and nurses are all you can reach. If your issue requires action by Dr. Sosa himself expect at least a minimum of a week delay. These problems have persisted for at least the last year sadly with increasing frequency. To summarize, Dr. Sosa is a good man but look elsewhere if you require timely prescriptions or interventions. Visiting the UValde ER should not be the default response for issues which are not emergencies and a result of a doctor's inability to fill his own prescriptions or get timely appointments. Multiple week wait times for appointments for debilitating and life threatening conditions, suggest looking elsewhere if you have… other options. Very poor in the last year and a half. Appointment wait times of 2-3 weeks for recently hospitalized cardiac patients. Unable to fill his own prescriptions in a timely manner (week plus delays for critical medications). Multi-year patient watching the practice degrade." My experience was even worse.

Dr Sosa cared for my father while at the hospital, we really liked him. Wonder bed side manners and comunicated really with spanish speaking patients.Great Dr.

dr. Sosa is caring, compassionate and has excellent bedsidemanner! He's very professional and is a wonderful physician
