Dr. Isaac Christian Tan, MD

Dr Tan went beyond and above in responding to a My Chart Message I sent him. I had a problem with a foot and was having a problem finding a foot and ankle orthopod. He looked up my phone number and called me twice that day to help. I don't expect such prompt and personal responses and was quite impressed.

My father went to go see Dr Tan a while back. He is 72 and fractured his hip. Dr Tan gave my dad 7 lousy Pills of pain med and refused to refill. I get there is an opioid epidemic, but to let a man suffer like that and cry from the pain, is truly, truly disheartening

I am very dissapointed in the care I received from Dr. Tan , this was my first visit and found him to be disinterested he only gave me less than 15 minutes and asked why I was there ( to establish a new provider ) I told him I have pain in my right knee from a ruptured miniscus , he said I don't give any pain medicine at all , he left the room , I waited for someone to come in , no one did so I left the room , I asked him if he thought I was a junkie , he said no , so I'm fed up with Drs. That won't treat you for pain , I have migraines, Fibromyalgia , arthritis , ashredded miniscus in my knee , sciatica , ok why am I not being treated for pain ? When I am being treated very professionally by my other Doctors treated very well , they are professionals in their fields , I was told while making this appointment that Dr.Tan was a female , also had I known that he only has 4 years experience I would've ran the other way , if you choose this Doctor don't expect too much .

Dr. Tan is my grandma's doctor. He's very kind, very detail oriented. Thorough.
