She can be knowledgeable, but she is negligent and careless and she lacks empathy. I lost my case for disability because she didn't submit a note which my doctor requested 9 months in advance. She prescribed me a medication that makes me lose sight all the time and she refused to change it or give me another alternative. I have to move back to my old doctor who was able to prescribe me two medications that work fine and help me maintain my mental stability. I am a professional with two master degrees and this psychiatrist advised me to work as an HHA which is degrading for the whole effort I put in my schooling and my professional career. I might have a condition that affects my ability to work, but that doesn't mean I am dumb and I have to suffer. I pay my dues to society. When I used to work, I paid my taxes and I behave like a respectful citizen. I don't understand why the doctor was so careless with my case. I didn't work for four years and 6 months, I receive nothing from social… security and the Case managers and this psychiatrist didn't do nothing to help me out. I am still appealing the case. Hopefully, this time I will be successful.
