Went to him and he didn’t believe i was in pain. Went to a real doctor and i had spinal stenosis. Loser

Thanks to Dr Florance I can put the extra hours in at work and still move when I get home a to play with my 6 year old. Anita is Dr Florance's office manager/assistant. She always finds time to fit me in even when our schedules are tight. I am genuinely thankful for there help.

Waited almost 3 hours , the office was packed, people were sitting on the floor outside his office to see him, for him to tell me I needed a psychiatrist, never helped me with my pain issue. Never went back .

Worst pain dr I've dealt with. I really don't understand how this guy has a license and office manager Anita is a complete moron. Bunch of useless injections in the neck, save ur money people

I went to see Dr. Florence for knee pain, and he determined I was a good candidate for HA injections. He said he would contact my insurance company for approval, and I'd hear from his office to set up an appointment. That was months ago. I have called his office at least five times and even faxed a request. I have heard absolutely noting, taken more Aleve than any one person should take, and sought treatment elsewhere. Ignoring a patient as he has ignored me makes him a disgrace to his profession. He gets one star simply because the fields are required, otherwise he'd get what he gave me -- nothing.

My experience with Dr Florance has been a positive one. Thanks to him I can keep up with my kid and concentrate on work relatively pain free. It's nice to have a Dr I can count on and that listens and understands my pain. His office manager Anita has always been helpful and is genuinely a nice person.

I was the only patient in the office and I waited an hour and a half to see him. My first and last visit.
