Dr. Isam Abdulkader Diab, MD

Love Dr. Diab, he takes time with patients and is very thorough. He is kind and listens to what you have to say.

Dr Diab is a soft spoken, intelligent, caring person. I trust him immensely.

Unlike most doctors who want to pass you along to another doctor he flat out told me what ever it takes to keep me working he would do. I just dont like it now minor issue he now does the blood tests in his office and i have deep rolling veins and i get stabbed alot

Patient comfort first.

I was curious about what others thought about this Doctor. I have been there twice. I believe the staff is incompetent. Whenever I tried to make an appointment by phone no one was ever there. Very annoying! The doctor appeared calm, but really didn't make me feel comfortable. He was just "OK". I also felt the waiting room needed a facelift.

He is a businessman not a real doctor. He sees an awful lot of patients to provide any quality care. After a short visit for rheumatoid arthritis he wanted me to start the very expensive remicade infusion, I believe only because he makes a lot of money out of it, which I think medicare should investigate. Needless to say I went on to see another rheumatologist, who simply changed my methotrexate to generic arava, which helped me tremendously at a low cost.

Dr. Diab cares very much about his patients and has a warm personality. He spends as much time with you as you need, and answers any questions you ask him. He never makes you feel rushed. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Diab can be very dismissive and often rude. His staff is highly inefficient and often make mistakes. Example,in the past two years, my prescriptions have been sent incorrectly to my pharmacy 5 out of 6 times. Dr. Diab makes excuses for this and blames it on the new electronic system. I had a 6 month appointment but only 4 months of refills. When i had to call on a Saturday for a refill, Diab insisted it was my fault and that I had to have missed an appointment. So then he personally sent a new script in ....WRONG.

He is easy to talk to and has managed my medical conditions extremely well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Diab makes no effort to show that he listens or cares about his patients. It is overwhelmingly apparent he is there for the paycheck,his records are incomplete and inaccurate, and judging by the few questions he asks, it is obvious he does not review his patients' records. Anyone in search of a rheumatologist should look elsewhere.
