His staff is totally unreliable. It often takes weeks to get a prescription refilled, or paperwork completed accurately. Their general attitude is aloof and uncaring. It's hard to schedule an appointment for a fairly close future date. Then you can't be sure that it won't be changed on you, with you finding out at the last minute. When you finally get in to see the doctor, he spends an appropriate time with you to deal with your issues.

Waiting for the appointment for weeks, got to the office, and was told that the doctor is taking days off. No calls to reschedule, no apology, not friendly receptionists at all:(

Made appointment had to wait five weeks arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and I was advised that I didn’t have an appointment

He has always been a very caring and professional doctor. My husband is a nurse and knows Dr. Kalha well. This was my second procedure and I was treated well and made to feel very comfortable by Dr. Kalha and his staff. This man is beautiful inside and out.

Dr. Kahla knows me from end to the otherh, and I could not recommend any higher. He communicates in a way that enables me to understand all the features of my procedures, and he does so in a caring, compassionate manner. Furthermore, he not only explains things; he asks questions. Not only that, he encourages me to ask him questions. He is professional and personable.

One of the only docs in town that can speak sensibly with an EDS patient. Every interaction we've had with him has been informative and helpful.

What a horrible, horrible experience. Not only was I left awake during procedure, but he left the hospital immediately after. To this day I haven't heard from the office. Worst experience of my life.

He is so friendly and understanding Always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed

Dr. Kahla has no bedside manner and really does not seem to care about you as a person or a patient. When my medication was not working, he refused to give me any alternative forms of treatment. When I was given my colonoscopy, I was not given enough sedative and was alert and it was one of the most painful things I've ever been through.
