I think this office invented the age old saying”the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing” I felt very confident when I first met with dr.Ross.. three treatments into my stage 1 bladder cancer,I got the covid virus. I go to be covid tested,and no one calls me with results, I had to call there. Some nurse I spoke with,knew nothing about my test results,but she tells me my cancer treatment has been cancelled for the next day..”can I talk to dr. Ross”? “No he will only speak to you after you talk to a nurse”. Can I speak to that nurse”? “No she’s gone until tomorrow sometime”. “How can I get my covid test results”? “Don’t know,maybe we will call you tomorrow”. Sorry to say I have no confidence in this practice.

Dr Ross is great. When I first met him ...it was so refreshing. I was ill...but unloke many doctors I had been seen by...he made me feel like he was there just for me. I wasnt a number or a patient in bed 1...I was me. Its so rare to be spoken to like a real person. Dr Ross was so attentive. A good listener. And he's so knowledgable. I am so fortunate to have met him and to now be under his care. I feel so confident and at ease after talking to him. Priceless.

Dr. Ross treated my husband (tests and surgery). He's professional Doctor And a Great person in the same time!

Did an invasive surgery on one of my kidneys a few months ago to remove a kidney stone , while he was in the kidney, he failed to remove another kidney stone which was much smaller and easily extractable and could be seen on pre post imaging and during surgery. I had to find out from the Holy Cross Er ( not one ER doctor but two ER doctors that I still had another stone in me and “ that I should consult with a different Urologist outside of the umbrella of Holy Cross Hospital!!!!!!!

Urology is not a field we want to talk about going to, but Dr. Ross made it all understandable and personal, yet professional
