Doctor, PA and nurses are great, but the front office staff (office management) is horrible. Our one month old needed a referral to see a specialist and we were told it would take two to three weeks for us to receive the referral. The staff gave us the wrong number to the specialist and instructed us to call and figure out if they take our insurance, before asking for a referral. The front office staff is not knowledgable on insurance requirements and seem to be extremely lazy! Having an appointment doesn't really matter and you will spend at least 90 minutes from the moment you enter to the moment you leave the medical office.....

El Staff trata a los pacientes como si la consulta fuera gratis.... El tiempo de espera es absurdo yo demore casi tres horas para entrar con el doctor y luego de esa larga espera no me recibio el Dr. Loez fue otra doctora.El banio no tiene desinfectante y/o jabon para lavarse las manos. El equipo que utilizan es obsoleto ( pesa para bebes y para saber cuanto miden lo hacen con papel lapicero y un metro )La enfermera de recepcion no quiso darme cita de seguimiento para mi bebe para el dia que la Dra. lo indico, ya que los dias viernes tienen un limite de citas y el staff las coordina por afinidad.Mientras esperaba a que se les diera la gana recibir a mi bebe, las enfermeras de recepcion permitieron la entrada de tres senoras con siete ninos sin que las llamaran segn cita, lo que indica que el tiempo tan prolongado de espera es debido al compadrasgo que manejan para poder ingresar a la consulta. Es una falta de respeto, consideracin y modales......

I've known Dr. Lopez for 7 years, and he is very caring, quick and awesome to speak to...doesn't leave you with you confused like most doctors. He goes straight to the point.
