Summary
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2018 with an M. A. in Professional Counseling. Afterwards, I worked towards getting fully licensed in the state of Texas by primarily working in various psychiatric hospitals to gain experience. I became fully licenesed in 2021 and since then, I have worked with adults 18+ with various life issues. Some of which included: anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, anger, and addictions. I am someone who believes in helping others process their feelings, emotions, and trauma in a healthy manner. I believe none of us are immune to life's problems, but, how we approach our problems makes all the difference, and sometimes we need someone to listen to us. I help others cope and understand whatever hardships they may be experiencing in their lives. I use a psychodynamic approach and am also bilingual: English and Spanish.
