Dr. Ismail Ozcan, MD

I am a Registered Nurse and have been a patient of Dr. Ozcan’s practice for five years now. I have never worked there, nor do I have any friends that work there. I am extremely happy with the medical care and attention that I have received from them - from my very first phone call to that office - including today. The entire staff (and I mean the ENTIRE staff) is knowledgeable, efficient, and always helpful. I also see Dr. Gursoy (Cardiologist), who practices in that office, and he, too, is excellent. It’s like one stop shopping. I consider myself very fortunate to have found them. They seriously take great care of you and are extremely thorough. Couldn’t be happier.

Dr Ozcan is an excellent Dr. His expertise is unmatched. I nearly never see him because his P.A Lauren Loper has an abundant, knowable grasp on situations that what ever problem you have she can deal with it promptly and efficiently. Her demeanor is one that puts you at ease soon as she walks through the door. It's a blessing having someone caring for you at a time of need.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Kept me waiting for an hour when there were no other patients when I arrived. Then, when an employee poked her head in the room, I simply asked, how much longer as I had been waiting an hour. The doctor came in a few minutes later, with the nastiest tone and a raised, accusatory tone saying, "why did you go to the front desk to complain that you had waited for an hour"?! We had words about his unprofessionalism. I left without being treated! I will never, ever go back!!

Dr. Oz is a wonderful doctor dr. Oz is a wonderful doctor he takes this time to explain to you and educate you he gives you options if you're seeing by one of the physician's assistants everything is run by him I see that they go back to him for him to approve and looks at all patients even though he does not see everybody he knows everything that's going on it is a very busy office as people like to go to a place where you get treated and not just given a pill they are very Hands-On as a nurse they have not felt in the diagnosis and the treatment of my family sometimes even though they're very busy if you have an emergency they will make room for you the medical assistance seemed a little overwhelmed which is expected since they have so many patients but dr. Ozcan always has a calm, patience and explains to you and when you leave there you feel like you've been taken care of comp. Their approach is more like family he and his wife work together and they look at every result nothing… passes by this doctor thank you dr. Ozcan you are appreciated Carmen Mercado

While sometimes there is a wait, the doctor is spending time explaining and doing a careful check up to another patient and when you do get into the room with the doctor, he does the same for you. I brought all my medical records from the time I worked and lived overseas and he read all the piles of information and has shown concern and kind help with the problems needing specialists. he has been an excellent doctor and a wonderful sincere human being at all times. I have received excellent care from all his medical staff who do greet you and treat you like a person and remember you. If I have a problem they do all they can to help, I have no complaints but only thanks for getting squeezed in to the schedule when I needed to see a dr. and they are very kind about it.

I seen the new Dr there yesterday..Dr Hicks. She is a wonderful women who helped me with my medical needs. I also have been seeing the PA Patricia who is wonderful as well. The only thing bad about the office is the wait time. It can be hours so be prepared to wait.

If I could go negative stars I would but I wasn't able to post a review without rating at least 1 star. Been going here for about 4 years now. Love Lauren but she's still out on maternity leave. Had ano appoint last week got there and was told it was over an hour wait so rescheduled for today. Got there and waited for 2 hours and when Dr. Ozcan was going to go to another room I told him I was waiting for over 2 hours by then and I had to get home to my kids. I was kicked out of the office and told to go through another door to keep me from going though waiting room. As I went to my friend who was waiting I was told I had to leave and then I flipped out. He doesn't care about his patients. Is always being and doesn't apologize. Then he started to video me leaving which is not legal and threatened to call the cops.

The clinic and services have an efficient down to earth practice of treating conditions they evaluate. For preliminary evaluations they make positive and helpful referrals to find their clients the right care. The staff on hand are helpful in many areas. They know the value of efficient testing and helpful referrals.
