I saw dr Franco after @30 surgeries. He did one and at age 42 I was totally fixed. He was recommended to me by my lifetime plastic surgeon and I thanked him nonstop.

We waited for almost 2 hours after our appointment time. We pointed this out to the receptionist who was uncaring and said we should talk to the doctor. We then mentioned it to Dr. Franco, who was annoyed that we thought our time valuable. He said he has a sign outside, but offered no fix, and wouldn't even express the perfunctory apology that people do out of courtesy.Why put up with that?

The office wait is long but it is worth it! My son has been Dr. Franco's patient for 4 years and he has been so gentle and caring. I know 2 other people who use Dr. Franco and are very happy with him as well.
