I have complained at least 5 times about the staff not providing the necessary referral or prescription, and more importantly, NOT calling back in 24 hours as their answering message states! The last message that I left was very specific, and I ended it with if I do not get a call back, I will change doctors. That's it!!! I'm changing doctors, TODAY. Totally ridiculous that this office gets all the stars and yet it is HORRIBLE! Must be lots of relatives.

Dr. Penate is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient professional who takes an interest in his patients’ well-being. He has a calming manner, as well as the ability to convey information in a clear, concise, comprehensive way. I am grateful to be able to have him as my primary physician.

When we ask for an appointment at Dr Penate’s office they recommend us to go to urgent care because they don’t have any availability .Really ........it’s too bad .This is the way a primary treat their patients!

Excellent doctor. As good in most fields as a specialist

You can never get your maintenance medication refilled. You have to call day after day after day, you run out of the medication and still have to call day after day until they feel like filling it. Never experienced another Dr.'s office like it.

I would recommend Dr. Reisinger. She is to the point, easy to talk to and has a good bedside manner. She gives a detailed exam and discusses your needs. I'll definetly go back.
