Dr. Israel Marc Samson, MD

Wonderful Doctor who cares greatly about all his patience. Dr. Simpson is easily accessible to his patients and does a complete and thorough exam. I highly recommend him to everybody.

The most disgusting, rude, unprofessional, obnoxious receptionist I have ever witnessed in my life. Doctor should really reconsider who he has working for him or she should reconsider her job there! If you’re not a people person maybe consider a job where you don’t speak/see people all day long

I have been a patient of Dr. Samson's since he opened his office in Cedarhurst. He is caring, thorough and takes all the time needed to hear my comments. His staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. They are professionals. Dr. Samson always takes the time to call back with my blood results. I have complete faith in him.

There is too much unprofessional 'buzz' among the office staff; their chit chat and even how in regard to doctor who deserves more respect than they dish out. They are often impatient and when they are patient it is so forced, one can see they wish they were not dealing with you. They take the jobs but don't seem happy doing what they do. There should be a graciousness dealing with patients no matter how hard it is to have. Perhaps they should all take formal lessons in office manager/patient relationships. Dr S. should hire an industrial psychologist or require each of his staff to partake in training sessions to improve the situation. Dr S. is fine, courteous and knowledgable in his field but when it comes to hiring staff.....NI. Dr S also does not get back to the patient in a timely fashion. If patient calls night before or early AM he should have a system to reach his patients within an hour or two. Maybe get an assistant bc it seems hes got a load too heavy to carry efficiently.… Patients lose out if Dr. cannot respond and tend to them properly bc he is on overload. I still wish him good fortune because he definitley does try.

Dr Samson is an amazing DR . very warm and caring and usually very accurate in his diagnois. He spends allot of time with his patients , however the wait is VERY long . And I have to say he has the RUDEST staff I have ever encountered . One after the other in that office are nasty and mean . No matter what you need his secretaries and office staff are horrible !

If you want to be forced to pick up a prescription in a blizzard-because UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES does Dr. Samson's office MAIL ANYTHING. then Dr. Samson is for you. If you want copies of your records, be prepared to MAIL a self-addresed STAMPED envelope to Dr. Samson, because he will not pay for the postage. This is just for starters...

the dr is excellent . he is kind caring and very professional. however his staff is extremely rude . he consistently hires woman who are rude and nasty.

Office hours are extremely accommodating. Great perception and spends adequate time with patients.
