Dr. Issac Mahfoud Haddad, MD

It is starting to get worse from dr office. Don’t get me wrong the doctor is good but unfortunately the staffing are horrible. Anytime I try to reach them to make an appointment for my son because he is special needs, they give diagnose over the phone or tell me to go to urgent care. They started to be greedy for money. His wife the manager is very rude.

Would not see my child when they were sick on a weekday and told me to go to urgent care. Office staff diagnosis over phone and decides if your child is sick enough to warrant a visit and then hands out medical advice over the phone. In my 14 years of parenting I’ve never dealt with this before. Absolutely disgusted by this office.

He always answers my questions and concerns, he calls back promptly when I have called him after hours. He is very kind to my son and from what I see other kids. The staff is amazing and they are a baby friendly office! I once had a concern that drove me to get a second opinion and the pediatrician I took my son to for the second opinion pretty much had said the same exact thing Dr. Haddad did. Once I was had my doubts cleared I went right back to Dr. Haddad bc he has the best fit office for my like.

He is a nice Doctor, however his nurse who always gives my baby his shots never gives the shot where she rubs the alcohol.

DR. HADDAD MAKES CHILDREN FEEL COMFORTABLE AND MAKES THE VISIT ALOT MORE SMOOTHER FOR THE PARENTS
