This provider falsifies medical records, retaliates if you call his supervisor about the false diagnosis and falsified medical records being questioned. This provider will dismiss all of your medical conditions, be aggressive in your appointment if you go alone, he will gaslight you and send you to the ER instead of trying to send out referrals for your condition and if your lucky to get him to place a referral he will do so incorrectly, if you try to drop off a letter to Ralph Yates the CMO of the edgewater clinic you will be met with security telling you that you have no “business” there and they will try to harass and shut you up when you advocate for yourself and your health and will send you to Salem hospitals “patient advocates” who will only advocate for the hospital and their clinics allowing this NP to continue to abuse his patients and they will protect him. I will keep fighting for my medical records to be… amended and the false diagnosis to be removed and much more. This NP will abuse his power and falsify your after visit, your tests, your diagnosis, your referrals, everything charged to your insurance that never happened and much more. Stay far away from this NP and clinic if your health is important to you.
