Dr. Ivan Jorge Elias, MD

Dr. Elias is very informative,polite very kind. It's his office staff that has been so horrible. I'm not the only patient that thinks that! But this last visit with the new MA was very pleasant. Even the front desk person was pleasant this visit too. If not I was leaving the practice. I really appreciate Dr. Elias and his care but, staff was not professional. I shared my concerns with him each visit and now I hope problems have been solved.

EXCELLENCE DELIVERED Dr. Elias has treated me, my dad, & mother sense the late 1980's. Dr. Elias is an respectful man, kind, gental, EXCITED LISTENER, and dedicated to solving his patients problems. My dad was diagnosed by Dr. Elias, and treated with a full recovery when other doctors couldn't. We each have had Routine exams, but on occasion had more serious problems Dr. Elias successfully treated. The last diagnosis was nearly 2 1/2 years after my mother slipped and fell on our ice coated driveway at the age of 81. She landed on her left hip, with her arm going behind her, and hitting her head on the concrete. She had suffered a concussion left arm rotator cuff, and severe Trauma to her lower back, bowl area. No broken bones, but a crack in the concrete??. Neuropathy from the waist down to her toes. SEVERE BURNING BOWELS, and an inability to habe bowl movements!!! We should have gone to see Dr. Elias right off, but thought this was our of his field, and it is. After over two years… of suffering, through doctor after doctor with NO RELIEF, and NO DIAGNOSIS, I finally got her to agree to an appointment with Dr. Elias. Dr. Elias listen to the details of symptoms, and efforts to understand what my mom suffered from (over 30 minutes), Dr. Else's face displayed a look of realization. He figured it out, and was later confirmed by other doctors. She was suffering from Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. A textbook case! If spent the time it took to find the correct doctor with the correct qualifications for a diagnosis. It took several months to get an appointment, but that Doctor was as EXCELLENT as my mother NEEDED! She was cathetered, found over 800 cc of urine. Twice the normal amount of a full blatter. She is seeing other specialist for further treatments and diagnosis. Medically, Physically, & Emotional RELIEF. I can not express how grateful we are to Dr. Elias. Words can not describe the impact Dr. Elias has had on our lives. A hero in our heart. With the greatest administration, Irvin, Sandra, & Stanley Patterson

My older son had some very serious medical issues. Dr Elias completely missed the diagnosis on them, and when we had to go back to him later (due to unavailability of other GI's) on another matter, he and his staff failed to return calls after several attempts to get a hold of him, even after 2 Emergency Room visits. Better off staying home!

Dr. Ivan J. Elias is NOT BOARD CERTIFIED!!! BEWARE!!!

Waited two months to see Dr Elias. He talked with me and basically said he could not help me and I was wasting his time. I thought he was arrogant and full of himself. Will not go back.

he is very caring...have been seeing him for over 10 years for my Chrons Disease A***********

This doctor is more in love with hearing his own voice than in listening to you 'the patient'. If you are looking for a opinionated lecture, hes your guy. If your looking for someone who actually wants to hear what you have to say so he can solve your problem or put your mind at east, avoid Dr. Elias like the plague.

He's just amzing. . . . that's all i have to say
