I found Dr Flint ‘s. PA and staff very professional and happy to help.

I was 15 minutes early to my apptmnt like asked & I form the receptionist I had my insurance ID number but not my card & I could provide her w/all my information. She was so cold w/ no sense of customer service. She told me my appt was right now & if I wanted to look for the card I had to hurry. YET I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM. overall, bad vibes. They don’t care for patients just ur money.

We were there just yesterday (9-20-18) The wait time was average, the staff was friendly and helpful, the medical assistant was knowledgeable, and the doctor did a great job on the surgery. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

The office has a high turn over rate, there are new people there all the time which I thought was strange. I have talked to previous staff and was told Dr. Flint treats his staff very badly and has a bad temper. I would not recommend someone like this to my friends and family.

Very disappointed in my experience at this clinic. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and ended up waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment to be taken back for my visit. After waiting another 10-15 minutes for the doctor to come into the room, my wait time ended up being 1 hour and 15 minutes in all. The staff was not helpful in advising me on the progress of the wait time and what the cause was to make my visit to take place so far after my scheduled time. Additionally the doctor was not very apologetic in explaining the delay - only saying "Sorry, something came up this morning." That would have been good to know sometime during the hour and 15 minute wait so I could choose to reschedule. Overall the outrageous wait time and poor customer service tainted the entire experience. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. flint was VERY understanding and patient. He treated his staff with much respect. The staff was also very nice. If I could recommend any Dermatologist to someone, it would be him. He is the best at what he does. I would definitely advise ANYONE to see him and I would definitely see him again!

I have been to Dr. Flint's office and seen both Dr. Flint and his PA. While his PA was excellent in his examination, I still like to consult with the doctor. This last week I saw Dr. Flint and found him to be most personable. I have seen several dermatologists over the past 40 years, but am very impressed with not only his bedside manner, but his thoroughness and professionalism. Having worked in healthercare for 35 years, I know doctors only too well. I would highly recommend him to everyone. ***** 5 starts to this excellent practitioner.

Dr Flint performed a Mohs surgery on my husband in the late '90s, a procedure that took four hours. We both noticed that Dr Flint was very meticulous but not at all social or chatty. Not everydoctor is the chatty type. While waiting for cell study results to come back from the lab (located in his own office), since I expressed an interest in the analysis, Dr Flint took me back to look through the microscope at the tissue sample and explained the process to me in detail. He is an intellectual and an obvious introvert. Understand that he does not have a well developed bedside manner. However, I do think that he wants to do a good job for his patients. We did have one complaint: his front reception area has too much advertising for the LDS church in form of fancy editions of Mormon history books & the Ensign magazine. It would be lovely to see a religion-neutral doctor's office in Utah! By the way, Christopher Neville, his PA, has always been extremely nice to us, skilled, caring, and… yes, more sociable than the "doc." books about Mormon history, thecEnsign magazine

Do not EVER go to this doctor! He is incredibly condescending and insensitive to the needs of his patients. Dr. Flint performed MOHS surgery on my face to remove a small basil cell carcinoma. Dr. Flint assured me that the healing process would â??make me look younger.â?? I just wanted the cancer gone with minimal scarring. I asked if I needed a cosmetic surgeon to close the wound left by the MOHS surgery - I was assured Dr. Flint was a perfectionist and I would not need a cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Flintâ??s surgery and closure left a large keloid scar on my chin and changed the shape of my mouth. I did need a cosmetic surgeon to cleanup Dr. Flintâ??s botched repair work. Six months and hundreds of dollars later â?? my face looks decent. I will go to a different doctor in the future.

I have been going to Dr. Flint for many years. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and his staff are all very helpful. Concerning some of the other reviews - there are requirements from insurance companies about number of treatments, classification of visits, etc. There is also a concern with scheduled time (if you say you're coming for one thing they schedule that much time for you. If you then ask them to take care of more things you are making more people wait longer). I have encountered this with all doctors I have even gone to. Dr. Flint and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going there.
