Dr. Fom spends more time with me than I expect. He examines me more thoroughly than I want. And he talks to me about the treatments and meds he is prescribing for me. That makes him three times better than the other four pain doctors I have seen over the past 11 years. His staff is usually pleasant and helpful (as long as I do not complain to them or expect them to do more than they consider to be their job). Even so, they are ten times better than any other staff I have dealt with.

Great bedside manner. Has performed various procedures and is very thorough in his explanaions and alternatives.

Dr. Fom was so patient with me and answered all my questions about my migraines. He was so gentle with the injections and told me everything to expect.

Dr. Fomitchev treated me in Dubuque, iowa about 3 yrs ago and I have never found such a great Dr. like he was. He was excellent in every way and I am sorry he left to go to Texas. I now have to travel to Des Moines IA to get that great care. Texas got a winner. Jo Ann Marburger.

I would never choose to return to him. Dr. Ivan lied to me about what he was going to do, and I really question this Dr.'s integrity. I would never let a loved one go to him.
