Dr Ducic is Great! He and his staff are Extremely smart, personable, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to try to help with my over 20 yrs of migraines due to pinched nerves. My pain is Finally 100% gone after a few of his surgeries! Surgery always went great and the surgery teams were great! Please see him if you have migraines! It may be due to pinched nerves which he CAN help with!

Compassionate surgeon w/impeccable skills I was referred to Dr. Ducic for tarsal tunnel syndrome and lower leg neuropathy (both legs) from National Foot & Ankle. Myriad previous doctors (rheumatologist, orthopedist, physiatrist, physical therapist, etc) provided no relief & never suggested consulting a nerve surgeon. Dr. Ducic was kind & listened carefully w/out interrupting while taking my history. He described realistic expectations for possible outcomes. *The outcomes were amazing.* For the first time in decades I was able to put full weight bearing on my right foot w/out feeling I had a straight razor going through the back of my heel. For the peripheral neuropathy, the left lower leg/foot were losing feeling altogether & that restored feeling! My 3rd surgery (for occipital nerve migraines which have plagued me for decades & were debilitating to the point that I almost couldn't work. Surgery was 3 hours long & provided relief that I never thought possible. Choose Dr. Ducic; people… flying from all over the world for him. He has earned his reputation as a fine surgeon with remarkable results. His caring and follow up are to be commended. He has a wonderful staff who tries to get you in as quickly as possible and is his caring as he is. I never, ever thought I would get this relief. I am so very grateful that he was willing to take on my case. Btw, there is free parking out front and the ambulatory surgery center he uses is only 50 ft from his office on the same floor. I also received incredible care from them. The entire experience was remarkable.

Dr Ducic has performed many peripheral nerve tumor surgeries on me. Not only is Dr Ducic exceptionally knowledgeable, he's also very compassionate. I've never met a Dr who makes you feel like your his only patient. He sits and listens to you and he precisely explains what he believes is your condition and then details a thorough plan of action to resolve the issue. On the days of my surgeries he would come in and greet me with a warm smile and would explain every detail in order to to ease my anxiety over the upcoming surgery. “You have to be more objective and think about your pain, not about how you look.” In a serious look, Dr. Ducic said these words to me before I underwent of surgery.  For a moment, I considered canceling the procedure, but I had faith that Dr. Ducic would be able to help me.   The surgery lasted two hours and the recovery was about 4 weeks.  During this time, Dr. Ducic showed me incredible kindness.  He was constantly checking on my condition to make sure that I was doing ok.  I remember clearly being in severe pain after the surgery.  Even though it was a public holiday, Dr. Ducic took the time to meet me at his office.   With confidence and years of experience, Dr. Ducic removed the primary nerve from my amputated leg.  I had been in pain for 12 years and suffered immensely. The amputation was performed in 2004 during the war in Iraq.  Since then the pain had affected my life totally.  After the surgery I am able to stand and walk for a longer period of time with no pain… to my leg. His decompression surgery completely stopped the 24/7 stabbing ,burning electric shock pain in my head.I also had nerve excision which did reduced the amount of migraines I have per month..His bedside manor is quite ,compassionate, calmig ,teaching and professional.He is highly experienced in his field and truly cares about his patient.We traveled from Chicago 3 times to see him ,worth every penny. ...

He is a Perfect Doctor in every sense . Smart, Compassionate ( Very) and Good at explaining any procedure . He will Not do sugery if it is not necessary . I rate him 10 Stars ����

I think Dr. Ducic is a fantastic physician, and I would recommend anyone who can't get a straight answer, diagnosis, or treatment option for peripheral nerve injury/post-operative neuropathy/etc. to set up an appointment with him. I traveled a great distance to see him and he was truly empathetic and understanding of my serious condition and the limited treatment options that remain. That being said, unlike all other doctors I have visited, he provided me with non-medicine treatment (surgical option) that doesn't sound too crazy all things considered. I also appreciated that he did not try to say that the surgery will work, or to what extent it will work. He simply said, that due to my past surgeries, it is impossible to predict how well it will work, but it is still a viable option to try. I only had one other option on the table, which he said was also a decent approach. Dr. Ducic is kind, while remaining factual, and does come to the table with options when other doctors and… surgeons fail to do so.
