Dr. Ivona Percec

I went to her all for nothing and the consultation was a total waste of time and money. First off, her irresponsible assistant misinformed me prior of seeing Dr Percec that she performs a certain procedure I went to her for. During the consultation, I learned that she didn't perform it but because I didn't want it to go to waste, I asked a question about 'dog ear' removal, and she just dismissive like there was nothing wrong. It wasn't something normal for my body. I couldn't even get assistance for that. There was absolutely no service provided. Im not a patient but a paycheck after all. Both her and her staff needs better communication skills.

When I left this office after a 5-minute, $150 consultation with Dr Percec, I felt worse about my face than when I came in. She did not listen to what I had questions about and instead, unsolicited, gave me a long laundry list of all the things I "need" to get done. Nobody needs cosmetic surgery. And not everybody wants to look unnaturally wrinkle-free at 50. That looks déclassée to me and so did the women in the waiting room.

Dr. Percec is the best plastic surgeon in this area. She has an incredible eye and is extremely knowledgeable. I have been getting fillers and Botox with her for years and it looks so natural. She has done amazing work on a facial scar that no one else in the country was able to improve. She also performed rhinoplasty on my daughter and it is turned out beautifully. It is natural looking and looks like it is the nose she was supposed to have. She is patient, warm, caring and answers all questions. . Frankly, I believe there is no procedure she does not do well and is the only plastic surgeon I would trust.

After a serious illness, Dr. Percec restored my appearance and rejuvenated my skin when no one else could-including "Top Docs" in Philadelphia. Her attention to detail and true compassion for her patients is a gift.

I can't believe she is still performing surgery. I am still trying to repair scars from botched procedure 3 years later. Do not even consider this person for any surgical procedure you are planning. Her handiwork has left me scarred for life
