This office is horrible! They do not answer phone calls, text links or voicemails. Please do yourself a favor find another Dr.

While Dr Herrera and all her staff are professional, courteous and caring , their current receptionist is not. On my previous visit, in my presence, she made derogatory comments about a patient in front of me and told a visiting pharmaceutical rep that she was "better to look at" then then her predecessor. She never smiles, makes eye contact or greets patients. At this visit she ignored me in order to continue her personal phone call. One wonders If her disheveled appearance and rudeness coincide with the days Dr Herrera is at another location. Receptionists are the first impression of any business. This receptionist is doing Dr Herrera's Salisbury office a disfavor.

The PA's are terrific and the 1 star rating should not be reflective on them. Otherwise the office is poorly managed, calls go unanswered (or returned) long wait times and billing/insurance claim errors.

This doctor saved me from a walker and wheel chair. She also took away a lot of bad pain. I am very thankful for her. She is easy to talk to and really works with you and listens to you.
