If it wasn't for Dr. Paolucci I would still be home during this pandemic with no answers! A relative of mine got me into to see her and I believe this lady saved my life! She went above and beyond for a single mother she had never met and got me more answers in 7 days than I have gotten in 5 yrs! I keep telling her when this pandemic is over I'm hugging you!

Getting a hold of someone is almost impossible. I came in for a sick visit one day and waited a hour in the waiting room when NO ONE else was there..better off going to another doctor.

The office is impossible. Try calling, you don't even get a recording...it just hangs up on you. Messages are returned.....many, many hours later. She's too busy and too rushed. Find another MD

She is very sweet and has good bedside manner and does take time to talk to patients at their appointments. However they book a long way out, and after being a patient for 5 + years when I had a serious issue ending up in the ICU for 4 days, regular room for another 4, and bedrest for months never heard from her (even when I saw her walk by my hospital room two days in a row) and was difficult to get an appointment with her when I got sick while on bedrest (She sent me to my surgeon, surgeon to her....). Very nice and through at appointments just used to my specialist drs who call to check in when she got faxes about er visits or after a sick visit.
